At Bendy, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through Pilates. Our mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel confident and empowered in their practice.

Your GOLD Membership is a flexible and a user friendly way to exercise with 4 classes a month.

Your PLATINUM Membership is UNLIMITED in person classes a month.

This is a monthly on demand platform which offers a variety of pre recorded classes ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour with classes to suit different abilities and levels. Some classes will be using small equipment which can be modified at home with general household items. All you need to exercise safely is a safe space a mat.

Hi, I’m Kellie — Pilates lover, mum, and movement motivator! 🧘♀️✨
I first discovered Pilates while juggling life’s aches, toddler tantrums, and the menopause rollercoaster — and it completely transformed me. My mat became my calm in the chaos, and now I’m passionate about helping others find that same balance, strength, and joy through movement.
I teach Pilates for all ages — from playful children’s sessions through my Sloth Squad Academy to supportive adult classes that nurture strength, mobility, and confidence. As a qualified Menopause Coach, I also specialise in helping women navigate this stage of life with care, laughter, and balance.
With full DBS clearance, Safeguarding, First Aid, and SEND teaching experience, every class I run is safe, inclusive, and welcoming. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned mover, you’ll always find space to breathe, move, and feel amazing. 🌈

Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
We offer a variety of classes, including mat Pilates, equipment Pilates, and specialty classes like prenatal and postnatal Pilates, Pilates for athletes, and more.
Most of our classes are 60 minutes long, but we also offer some shorter 45-minute classes and longer 90-minute classes for those who want a more intense workout.
