Mat Pilates Classes for all abilities and levels. These classes are based in 4 locations. Classes are of a mixed ability and ages. If you are a beginner or if you have some basic knowledge of Pilates or even if you have been practising Pilates for a while you are very welcome in class.
All my classes offer modifications on the exercises giving you the opportunity to practise at your level and abilities, you are very welcome to rest or change your level without any judgement.

The Pilates Reformer is an enjoyable method for strengthening and toning the entire body, and it has become increasingly popular within the Pilates community. A 4 week course of Pilates Ballet & Barre style classes.
